While the study materials include live links to help you learn, these links will be removed in the actual exam. At the testing center, you will not have access to the internet; only the content in the exam’s MPEP interface will be available.
The Patent Bar Examination will test you on the subject matter in official USPTO source materials, including the Manual of Patent Examining Procedure (MPEP), Ninth Edition, Revision 07.2022, Published February 2023.
Applicants are encouraged to check all source materials regularly to see what may be tested, as these materials may be updated during your exam period.
